The 88th ICS Annual Meeting and Exhibition

The 88th annual conference of the Israeli Chemical Society was held between February 18-19, 2025, at the ICC in Jerusalem. This is the flagship conference of the Israeli Chemical Society, which brings together all chemists in the country, and is an opportunity to meet and be exposed to approximately 170 leading lectures in various fields of chemistry. This year, due to the complex political situation, a delegation of researchers from abroad did not participate as a significant part of the conferences of the Israeli Chemical Society, but despite this, over 750 participants attended the conference. Alongside the lectures, an exhibition of approximately 300 posters and a commercial exhibition of approximately 20 exhibitors also took place over two full days. As is customary at conferences, a distinguished awards ceremony was held on the first evening, during which awards were presented to 25 winners for 2024.
